16 nights – 22 nights – 5% off
23 nights – 29 nights – 7.5% off
More than 29 nights – 10% off
All applicable discounts are to be applied offline and confirmed at acceptance of booking
Acceptance of booking is at the full discretion of the property owner
25% deposit of total booking value is to be paid within 3 calendar days following acceptance of booking
Balance of total booking value is to be paid, at the latest, on booking start date and prior to arrival
25% deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled in writing no less than 21 days prior to booking start date
PLEASE NOTE:
Check-in after 2pm, check-out before noon
Cleaning deposit is refundable if the property is left in a clean and tidy condition following departure
Smoking indoors is NOT PERMITTED
Renters will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by renters during the period
Onsite parties or group events are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
